Florida Claims 2012 Championship
April 15, 2012 (Montgomery, Alabama) The Florida Gators took home the inaugural SCRC Championship and with it the automatic birth in the USA Rugby National Championship Tournament. The Gators bested the Tennessee Volunteers in a very well played final in Montgomery, Alabama. Florida reached the finals with a 25-17 defeat of LSU while Tennessee fought past Alabama 31-22. October 27, 2011 - Today the Southeastern Collegiate Rugby Conference (SCRC) announced a partnership with Adidas and World Rugby Shop to sponsor the new collegiate rugby conference. According to the partnership agreement Adidas will be the official brand of the SCRC and World Rugby Shop will be the Official Store of the SCRC. Details>>

September 24, 2011 (Knoxville, TN) Tennessee captures the 2011 Southeastern Collegiate Rugby Conference Olympic Sevens Championship with a come from behind victory over Florida in the final. Details>>

Eight teams approved for Membership
April 04, 2011 - Eight teams were approved to membership in the Southeastern collegiate rugby conference bringing the total membership to 12 schools. Auburn, Arkansas, Alabama, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Vandy joined founding schools Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee as members in SCRC. Arkansas has joined as an associate member while all others are now full members of the newly created conference.

Southeastern Rugby Formalizes Conference
December 01, 2010 - Inaugural members of the Southeastern Rugby, Inc. have approved by-laws and officers in preparation
for applying to USA Rugby as a sanctioned Division I conference.
